These Terms govern your use of TradeStamp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for your business.

Acceptable use

• Use TradeStamp only for lawful business purposes.
• Obtain any required consent before capturing job recordings.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the service.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Beta access is provided as a time-limited trial.

Quotes & pricing

TradeStamp provides pricing estimates and tools to help you quote. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every quote before sending it. We do not guarantee supplier prices or the outcome of any bid.

Your content

You retain ownership of the quotes, jobs and records you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that content to provide the service.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeStamp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
