Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TradeStamp ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our applications and website. By using TradeStamp you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, company, trade, email, phone and password (stored hashed).
  • Business content — quotes, jobs, material pricing, and job recordings you create.
  • Usage data — basic logs needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

How we use information

  • To provide quoting, pricing, job records and sign-off features.
  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
  • To send service-related messages such as invoices and trial reminders.

Your data is yours

We do not sell your data. Customer-facing documents never expose your internal costs or markup. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.

Job recordings & consent

Job capture is performed with consent and stored as a private business record for sign-off and inspection. You control who can access a given job.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to run TradeStamp (for example, payment and infrastructure providers) and when required by law.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed credentials and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
